Pizzeria call, Friday night
A staged scenario, with captions. At 00:10, Alex switches to French mid-call: same voice, same assistant.
ADORIL
A customer who reaches voicemail doesn’t call back — they call the next number. Alex answers evenings and weekends, in French and English, and your team gets the whole request, in writing.

AFTER THE CALLAlex system
Three things per call, already written down. Nobody has to call the customer back to ask again what they already said.
IDENTITY
The name, the contact details confirmed with the caller, and the need as it was stated.
TIMING
The caller’s preference, taken during the call. The card arrives ready to call back.
DESTINATION
The message goes where you said it should go, with what was said on the call.
QUESTIONSAlex system
The four that Alex’s own limits raise. The rest are on the Contact page.
We can’t promise everyone will like it. Listen to the demo above and judge for yourself: Alex introduces itself, asks one question at a time, and answers in French or English, whichever language the caller chose. The other option is a busy signal. Then the customer calls the next number.
It says so to the caller and writes the question down. Alex answers only from the content you approved: it doesn’t go looking elsewhere on the web, and it never invents a price or a lead time. When an answer has to change, you tell us and we adjust the configuration.
No. Alex picks up when nobody can: evenings, weekends, when everyone is busy. It asks the planned questions, writes the request down, and hands it to your team. The decisions that commit your business stay with you.
One invoice per month, in Canadian dollars: a fixed amount for the service, then usage grouped by business line — your company’s number that took the call, never the caller’s. Usage is measured in time. Time that isn’t clearly attributed is not billed automatically: it has to be reviewed first.

Your hours, the questions that come back every week, what your team has to call people back about. That is what we build your Alex on.
