Questions before getting started

The important answers, without jargon or hidden fine print.

01Will my customers hate talking to a robot?

We can’t promise everyone will like it. Listen to the demo on the home page and judge for yourself: Alex introduces itself, asks one question at a time, and answers in French or English, whichever language the caller chose. The other option is a busy signal. Then the customer calls the next number.

02What happens if Alex doesn’t know the answer?

It says so to the caller and writes the question down. Alex answers only from the content you approved: it doesn’t go looking elsewhere on the web, and it never invents a price or a lead time. When an answer has to change, you tell us and we adjust the configuration.

03Does Alex replace my receptionist?

No. Alex picks up when nobody can: evenings, weekends, when everyone is busy. It asks the planned questions, writes the request down, and hands it to your team. The decisions that commit your business stay with you.

04How is the service billed?

One invoice per month, in Canadian dollars: a fixed amount for the service, then usage grouped by business line, meaning your company’s number that took the call, never the caller’s. Usage is measured in time. Time that isn’t clearly attributed is not billed automatically: it has to be reviewed first.

05Does Alex answer in English?

Yes, with the same voice. The demo is in English throughout, and Alex switches to French mid-call to show it is the same assistant either way. The caller picks the language, and it is the same Alex on either side.

06Can I hear Alex before committing?

Yes. The demo is on the home page, captioned in French and English. Then this page prepares your brief: your greeting, your approved information, your follow-up rules. There is no public number to call on this site yet.

07Is what I see here real customer data?

No. The conversations, cards, and Follow-up Desk shown on this site are examples: fictional companies, no real interaction. No contact details, no customer records, and no connection details are published here.

08Does the form send my information?

No. It prepares a summary in your browser, that’s it. Nothing goes out without you: you copy the text and email it yourself to our public address.

09Does this site track me?

No. There is no advertising tracker and no analytics tool on this site: your browser only talks to adoril.ai. The only two cookies are about language. The first remembers the French or English you chose, the second remembers the one we guessed when you arrived and it expires after a day. Neither is used to track you.
